Another day, a better run
I ran 1.81 miles in just over 20 minutes. I actually ran most of that way, i found that once I was tired, it was actually easier to keep running at a slow pace than to start walking, walking hurt . . . . weird . . . .
Going to do some ab work.
Goal: to get back in a comfortable 8 again, a 6 would be nice. Maybe by Christmas?? 20 pounds is the ultimate goal.
